AMERICA'S
ASSEMBLYMAN CHRIS TAGUE
PUTTING NEW YORKERS FIRST!

ABOUT CHRIS

As someone who has spent his life working alongside the people of upstate New York, Chris understands the struggles and values of our communities because I’ve lived them. He owned and operated a dairy farm at the age of 16, managing the farm while balancing school and competitive sports, ultimately tripling the herd before selling the farm for a healthy profit. Afterward, Chris entered the road construction and construction materials industry, where he rose through the ranks from laborer to equipment manager to general manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and leading large teams.
These experiences have instilled in me a deep respect for hard work, discipline, and the people who keep our communities running.
In the Assembly, Chris carried these same values into public service. He has built a reputation as a fighter who never backs down, taking on New York City liberals in fierce debates on the Assembly floor and standing firm for the conservative principles that matter to our district. He's been a champion for upstate farmers, small businesses, and our families, ensuring their voices are heard in Albany. Whether it’s pushing back against overreach from downstate politicians or advocating for common-sense policies that protect our way of life, he's always put the needs of my constituents first.
